Starting in March 2019 I took the plunge and began working in acrylics. I took a really long time to get to painting since I wanted to hone my drawing skills as much as possible. I've since discovered that painting is an entirely different endeavor and allows me to experiment with abstract designs and linear techniques that are completely unlike drawing.
My task within the art world is quite simple. Connect you, the viewer with an image to invoke, evoke or remind. I do that through shape, color and size. Thus, you will see a variety of shapes, colors and sizes of images that serve these purposes. Nothing fancy. Just something to stimulate your senses.
All of my work is for sale. I use Venmo for convenience and for locals I use Square for credit cards, and will accept cash and checks, too. If you purchase one of these it will be matted and/or framed if it's a drawing, or on canvas or canvas board, or on Masonite. All canvas paintings come as is with proper packing.
